Northbound Communication Solutions was established by ConvergeNet Holdings Limited In 2009. All the relevant technical as well as managerial staffs from the former Satellite division of Marpless and Maredi Telecom & Broadcasting was transferred to Northbound Communication Solutions.

By means of their shareholding, the companies which form part of ConvergeNet Holdings Limited, presents Northbound Communication Solutions with the opportunity to not only supply and support products and solutions in the Satellite and Transmission fields, but also access to other solutions and technologies such as Structured Cabling Solutions, Ethernet Cabling, Wide Area Network products and Enterprise Class Wireless products.
